Met with three Principals in a conversational setting. The interview was fairly relaxed and general. They asked about my previous employment and why I wanted to work at Carrier Johnson.
The interview was great, both Carrier Johnson representatives were very approachable, friendly, and asked great questions. They were very transparent about the interview process, and were knowledgeable about the work that the firm does.

Interview
The interview process has multiple parts: an initial one-on-one to review your portfolio, a first round interview, a second round interview, and a skills test for Revit. If you do not know Revit, you will likely not be considered for a position.
