Interview
The first step was a phone screening with one campus administrator, then there was a full panel interview with all of the campus administrators and one or two same subject area teachers.

What would an average day look like in your classroom?
Got a call the same day I applied. Had a Zoom interview with the principal, AP, and department head. Had a phone call screening the following day, they called my references, and offered the job.

Interview
I interviewed once with a committee at the campus level and then once again at the Administration Building. All standard questions regarding classroom management, communication policies, planning and teaching techniques, etc.
