I applied online. I interviewed at Carter BloodCare
Interview
It was a brief group interview of about six interviewees with two interviewers. In the interview we were asked questions about situations in our past, present and future regarding how we would handle the situation. They developed the concept about how Carter BloodCare is "All About Donors" and the need to give them the best possible experience. We were asked about goals we have for our life and what we want to do with our future. A majority say that they want experience in the medical field to transfer to a hospital later on in their careers.

Interview
So far, I went to a job fair in Bedford, TX, and the people were fantastic. I was so happy when they emailed me to set up a phone interview since I was about to graduate my phlebotomy program. I did my phone interview with the recruiter, and it went great. I used to be a CDL truck driver before going into the medical field, and so it would be a really good fit. I hadn't heard from them in a week, and I'm super interested, so I gave them a call. They were very receptive, and let me know they were still in the process of reviewing the phone interview results. The next day, they called for the group interview to be set up, and I have that tomorrow! I am so excited for this opportunity. Carter BloodCare is my first choice of where I would prefer to begin my new career. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter who let me know that the hiring manager would be reaching out to me. I was later contacted by the hiring manager and was invited to a group interview. The interview was fairly easy and was told that I’d receive a call or email notifying me of whether they’d like to offer me the job or pursue other candidates. The hiring manager made me feel very comfortable and was able to answer any questions I had. This was by far one of the best interviews I’ve ever experienced.
