Carter Day interview questions

I applied for this position online and the company name was listed as Confidential. A month later and a half later I got a request for a phone interview, and then a few weeks later I also completed a video interview. The whole process took over 2 months and I never heard back from them, which gives me the impression the company is pretty unorganized.
