I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Carter's in Oct 2015
Interview
District manger, regional manager, HR. District manager has no power to hire who they like. I wasn't even given the courtesy of a phone call. I had to call to find out I didn't get the job. I was led to believe that I was going to get the job, but apparently they don't need a manager with 15 years experience. Good luck to this company when they are incompetent in the hiring process.
They conducted two interviews. One in person with the District Manager and one phone interview with HR. The process was relatively quick and easy. The District Manager was very pleasant and professional.

Long process. On my 4th interview. Finally meeting an employee, not just on the phone. But to be expected. It's covid times. But all was professional and on time and the employees were kind and easy to talk to but interview questions were very textbook.
