1hr interview, also includes giftwrapping demonstration. Process was okay, questions asked more about operations than customer interactions. Not so bad overall. Of course it was intimidating, but if you practiced and know what you’re talking about, you should be fine

They will describe scenarios and ask you how you would handle them
2 Calls, the first was with HR and the second with who will be my colleague and Manager. Classic questions as my previous positions, why Cartier and language test, as the whole interview was in a foreign language.

Eingangs wurde ich gut empfangen. Die Fragen waren aber sehr sehr detailliert und habe ich desöfteren das Gefühl bekommen, dass das Unternehmen zu sehr in die Privatsphäre eindringen möchte
