I was approached by Cartrack through LinkedIn and despite the bad reviews on Glassdoor I thought "why not trying?".
The first interview was regular HR screening, good conversation overall. There were some basic ML questions as well. The second interview was with the Computer Vision Lead, he seemed very interested in what I was doing, asked a lot of questions but did not challenge me; that was entertaining, no pressure at all. The third interview was with the head of ML, who appeared to be much colder and overall less easy-going, he came late, did not put his webcam on, did not introduce himself. That was clearly a red flag for me. Again it was mostly a conversation, he just asked me one question for which he apparently knew the answer. After that meeting, I had no feedback or follow up at all, but I wasn't expecting them.
