I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cascade Designs, Inc. (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Initial phone screen by recruiter, then in-person interviews with team members. Half the time it felt like team members were trying to avoid talking about their supervisor. Definitely felt stilted.

Interview
I applied online and received an email for an interview two weeks after. The interview was with the two hiring managers for the position, and they were very friendly. I could tell that I probably wasn't the right candidate for the position half way through the job, but they were very nice the whole time. They said they would contact me if any further interview was necessary, which never came.

Interview
I was interviewed by the CIO. We had been colleagues in the JD Edwards consulting space for a number of years at different companies. We had crossed paths at a few different clients. While both participating in the JDE Pacific NW Users group, I was asked if I knew of anyone looking to make an employment change. I replied, I did not. About a week later I emailed the CIO and asked if he would consider me for the position. We had lunch and discussed the open position he was looking to fill. I considered the possibility for about a week and then called the CIO back and accepted his offer of employment.
