Cascade Financial Technology Web Developer interview questions

There were no tests which was a pleasant surprise. The owner was friendly at first meeting. It wasn't until I met the 3rd person that things got weird. There was a lot of foul language which was a first for an interview in my experience. He seemed to ba asking questions without the background to know if the answer was accurate or bogus. It was a really strange exerience to say the least.
