Fairly standard interviews, nothing too out of the ordinary. Due to the pandemic, interviews were held virtually. I would simply recommend having a better understanding of your role, department, and university.

Time-intensive and drawn out needlessly. While some aspects of the process were really wonderful like getting to know the people on the hiring teams, there was so much time between every stage of hiring that if you are hoping to be hired quickly you should be prepared to expect a long wait--sometimes months.
