I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cash App
Interview
Process was fairly smooth. Started with a recruiter screen and from there, scheduled a technical assessment. After passing both of those, moved on to an onsite which included four rounds: two additional technical assessments, system design, past experience, and then a final conversation with my potential manager. The recruiter gave me details I'd need to prepare so I felt fairly ready for each stage.

Question 1
System design was a hotel booking system. Technical screens were all very different: graph traversal, building a text editor, and name validation.
Very formal interview. hr very stiff. tons of layoffs tough to trust. totally not a bad interview, average interview questions. no real complaints about the interview process. hr technical. i've had some non technical hr rounds.
HR is helpful and provided a lot resources to help me prepare for interviews. I failed in the tech coding round even though I worked out the problem in time, and there's no single feedback about the reasons or from the interviewer which is disappointing.
