I applied through a contracting agency. I received a call from the contracting agency initially where I was asked the generic "tell me about yourself" question. After that, I was invited to an on-site interview which lasted about 1 hour. No technical questions for me, but other employees were asked basic chemistry questions. Nothing too difficult.

The job was for a quality assurance analyst. The process was quick and simple, asked basic questions. The HR person was very helpful, but the job was not a good fit.
