Applied for the job in main catalent website. Received a call the next day, spoke to the recruiter. Set me up with an interview 2 weeks later. Interviewed via Zoom with 2 managers, went well. Asked a variety of questions about experience, motivations, and several pre-scriped HR type questions. Interview process was good. But almost a month and a half later and I have not heard back. I recommend they contact applicants when they didn't get the job so they can continue searching.
