Interview
Initially applied online, and had a phone interview about 4-6 weeks later. Face to Face interview about a week later with 3 separate people. It was supposed to be 3 separate 1:1 interviews, but they each overlapped, so it felt like a 2 person panel at times. Only downside of the whole process was the time from initial application, to the time I started work. I think it was 2 to 3 months for the whole process.

Question 1
Most questions were comparing my resume to the job, and asking how I would handle different situations. Obviously being pharmaceutical, they wanted to know how much experience, if any I had with that (no previous pharma experience, only project management).

3 rounds of interviews. A talent acquisition individual keeps contact with you throughout process, however it was a longer timeframe. About 3 months. After offer letter was executed, started a few weeks later.

Interview
First was the HR screen call, which asked the usual questions. Next, an interview was set with the hiring manager; this went well so it quickly progressed to supervisor and peer. All virtual meetings. Very smooth and acted quickly

Interview
One phone screening, and one group interview performed via Teams. The group interview was with the lab supervisor, operations manager, and a project manager at a different site. It went well, very normal interview questions were asked to me. One hour long.
