There was an initial telephone interview. This was followed by another more technical phone interview with two specialists. This was then followed by an invitation to the facilities, dinner and several interviews. There were specific interview questions designed to probe people skills and abilities. The people were very nice, and the process was organised and the people there seemed very content to work there. Overall a very pleasant experience.
