Conversational for the most part. I interviewed with 3 different groups that each had a list of behavior-based questions. Follow the process listed on their websites to be prepared for what type of questions they will ask.
Two rounds of Interviews with the manager: Phone + Onsite. Smooth process and I was kept up to date throughout. I had the opportunity to meet my team and stay in the loop.
