Question 1
Tell us about a challenge you have faced and solution
Came for a final stage (after 2 previous interviews) interview on site, was told that I would hear feedback/outcome 48 hours later. Received an auto reject email at 5:00am with no feedback/reason. Chased for feedback multiple times and still waiting for feedback over 3 months (and counting) later.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caterpillar in Mar 2019
Interview
Easily the worst interview I have ever had. I have done many interviews prior to this and they didn't ask any questions that you would be able to prepare for ahead of time. My interview was done over Skype with 2 people who took turns asking questions. I tried to prepare by using GlassDoor but I was asked any of the questions I looked over. I haven't heard back yet, but I am assuming I didn't get it based on how difficult the questions were.
