Process: I met with the recruiter, peers I'd be working closely with, and my direct boss if hired. It was a longer process than expected, although understand this was a Management role, so a thorough vetting process needed to be done. No feedback was provided on my candidacy. People: All the employees that I met were very nice and polite. You could really see and hear how much they enjoyed working for the company.
