I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cator Ruma (Lakewood, CO) in Dec 2024
Interview
I was contacted initially by a recruiter. The interview took place at the Lakewood location and was not too formal. It went well until I was ambushed at the end by them saying because they didn't want to pay the recruiting fee they would probably be pursuing other candidates. Also had a slightly unprofessional conversation about their personal gripes with this particular company and specific recruiter. After two months I never heard a definite no and only knew they had likely moved on because the recruiter reached out with another opportunity.

Interview
Met with a partner to learn more about what they needed. It was very informal. They seemed to have a profile of what they wanted before I walked in the door. They seemed to be willing to wait for the right candidate
