I had one recruiter and one manager phone interviews. After 3 weeks of no news (I already thought I didn't pass into the next stage), they email me asking me to work on a very long case study, with a very tight deadline. It took me 3 full working days to finish it (market research of three cities + analysis of their number on excel + creation of a ppt..). I sent it to them and after 5 days I got the standard email "thank you for applying for .....unfortunately...". When I asked them for feedback, they replied to my third follow-up email saying they do not provide feedback to anyone. Very respectful company towards the people who want to work there - never again!
