I came in for 2 interviews. First was with the head of the SEO department and the second was with the team (3 people, 1 through conference call). Most of the interview was questions I asked them about the company and strategy They both spent some time discussing who they were as a company and what their goals were with the new hires. They both took about 30 minutes and no tests because the position required little to no experience. The whole process was fairy simple and I recommend doing research on the company beforehand to have questions ready and you will be fine.
