It was an online group interview held via Microsoft Teams. The questions asked were standard and commonly used, giving each participant the opportunity to respond, communicate their ideas, and participate equally during the interview process.

It was a smooth interview process, easy simple questions like "why did you want to pursue a career in aviation?" the interviewer was very polite and welcoming. Since the interview was done in groups, we all had to answer the questions with the other applicants in the call which made answering the same way very awkward even though you really wanted to answer in one way you would feel the need to answer the question differently since the other applicants answered with your thoughts already.
