I applied online, they emailed me for an interview a month later, I interviewed for the position the following week. My interview was pretty laid back, interviewed with several people. I interviewed with the lab manager, another research associate, and a P.I.

The interview process starts with talking to HR first, then an interview with the lead scientist and finally an interview with the PI. After a week maybe two HR will make you an offer when you try to rebuttal the salary because its usually lower than most places they will barely try to budge.

What is one your greatest strength and how does that apply to the lab?
Zoom Interview, then called in for a second interview to meet with the research team in a more casual setting. Zoom asked basic questions like why are you interested, what are your career goals, what is your background. In-person was to see if you got along with the team & if the team likes you.
