Interview
Very casual interview process where the emphasis was on treating it as a conversation between friends rather than someone interviewing you for a job. The atmosphere was positive and everyone(employees that I observed) was observantly happy

The usual stuff. Nothing out of the left field. Most of the questions were around my background and the way I have done and handled things in the past with various projects both technically and otherwise.
