Not a great experience, I took a day off work to interview and didn’t even hear back from them, even when I followed up. Communication was very poor but the interview was quite easy.

Applied online and they emailed me for a phone interview. It was an HR rep who told you about the job to see if it aligns with what you're interested in. They scheduled an in-person interview for me during the phone interview. They also gave me a form to fill out which had standard interview questions on it, and I went for the interview 2 days after the phone screen. The interviewers were friendly and spent a lot of time explained what the job is and what your duties are. They didn't ask too many questions and the environment was relaxed. In the end, they gave me a basic MS Word formatting and text editing quiz. I got a phone call from HR about the job offer the week after.
