1st phone screening was ok, with a description of the role and company, scheduled an interview for the next day, they were looking to hire someone ASAP, interview with the hiring manager was awful like they were not interested on doing the interview, technical questions about the role were done, at the end of the interview the hiring manager told me they were going to share their comments with HR, I was ghosted, just like that, not even an automated thank you email, three months later I receive a quick call from HR regarding the role and if I was interested, since I'm un employed I accepted, she said she will call me in 5 minutes to schedule an interview, it's been one week and I'm still waiting for that call, ghosted again...
