Leading up to the actual interview it was fine. The interview part was terrible. One of the interviewers showed up 15 minutes late. Then sat there dejected and was not engaged at all. You could tell he didn't want to be there. Honestly, I didn't feel like I got a fair chance. I knew from his manner that I wasn't getting a job there. Then I was told I would hear something back in 24 to 48 hours. I emailed around the 40 hour mark and was told they would be meeting with the team that day. I waited almost a week until I finally heard back again. I would stir away from Celigo. The whole process is poorly managed. I find if the hiring process is this poorly managed then it can only be worse once hired at the company.
