Interviewed with 2 individuals. They had a set of standard behavioral questions. They also picked out details from my resume & asked me to expand on those. Interview was friendly and conversational.
I asked about growth opportunities for the position and there didn't seem to be much.

Manager creates relaxed conversation. Not too stressful, but that might have been because I was reference hire. Felt confident based on conversation regardless because it naturally flowed into interview questions. Offered the job the following day.
