They have 5 rounds of interview including one behavioural test. I have cleared all 5 rounds when it came to releasing offer letter, they asked me to wait for few days as company not doing well. I waited for 3 months but the situation still same. Suggestion : first take the approval for the position then take interview, because time is precious to everyone.
