I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cella (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Asked for my resume and we spoke on the phone for 15 min about the position, my work history, and my portfolio of work samples. Recruiter ghosted me. I sent email and LinkedIn follow ups and got ignored.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your current job duties
Spoke to a senior recruiter over the phone. I felt confident and reassured as we went over my work history and the job listing I was contacted for. She said the position needed to be filled urgently (we did a call the same morning she reached out) and we'd hear back by the following week. It's been two weeks and she has ignored ignored my emails. I understand that recruiters are trying to chase down whatever talent they can get, but how hard is it to let me know that I didn't get the job?
After being contacted on LinkedIn, we had some correspondence. There were some messages that preceded a phone/Zoom interview. The interview is with a single recruiter. During that interview, you learn more about the opportunity. It’s pretty straightforward and can lead to great clients!
