Interview is pretty smooth and to the point. It’s give a pretty good insight about the job and the companies expectations. They usually conduct two interviews one with different recruiters
I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
Easy to follow, and on time. 5 different stages for sales and 1 for bdm role. Interviews took place in NY HQ where they provided break rooms and overview of assignments.

Very long in person interview and then requires travel for training immediately after hire across the state for 7 days before even making a paycheck to finance the long distance trip
