      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Celonis (Madrid) in Oct 2024

      Interview

The interview was correct, rather it was an interview of attitude, way of resolution, vision. That he would not stop me if I wanted to ask a question, that I could interrupt him whenever I wanted to. The feedback han been really ridiculous and meaningless

      Interview

After the intro call, you get a take home assessment in java, focusing on concurrency. You have to design an API for different tasks. The technical interview is then focused on general questions and around the assessment.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Celonis (Prishtine) in May 2025

      Interview

The interview process is divided into 3 stages after the initial one with recruitment specialist. The coffee chat with the team lead, where I had the chance to know more about the team and describe my experience, I liked the fact that the team lead went beyond the allocated time to answer my questions. The tech challenge was quite stimulating and I think it gave me a good perspective into the expectations for the role. I did not find any surprise questions here, which is good, the tech interview was solely based on Angular topics but some very important language-agnostic ones as well. The last interview was with the VP, there were some interesting questions asked about my approach on how I make UI-related decisions.

      Question 1

Tell me about a challenge you've had to solve in your career recently? How do you make sure that the customer will actually accept and find your UI changes useful?
