Strengths and weaknesses?
Why are you interested in this position?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CemSites (Perryopolis, PA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Interview was laid back. After taking a bunch of hand written tests they had a lot of questions after words and I felt pretty pressured in the talk after words. It seemed like as soon as they found out I wanted at least $15 an hour (which is about 20% of what I make now at the job I did get offered about a month later) to write code for them it appeared they became uninterested and never got back to me. Also the HR person that initially found me and got me the interview took my resume and edited it without my permission and made it look like I was a complete idiot--you guys really should be careful with that I hope you realize I could actually sue that guy over or your company for doing that and then not offering me a job. I was not impressed and I think they just want someone really desperate to do really challenging work for the same wage an entry level fast food assistant manager would get.

Question 1
I was given three tests where I was to 'write code' to perform advanced functions (anagram detection, etc) without a computer. They wanted me to write the code on paper.
