First round is a one way interview to get to know you as a person, your background and your values as a working professional. Second round is in person based off situational questions (S.T.A.R).
Very easy. Use STAR method. Ask if I am experienced with Microsoft. Asked some behavioral questions about challenges I faced. As well, I just tried to make a connection with them and use my personality.
