The interview is focused on the agricultural sector. So one has to know how to handle customers who deal in agriculture, the bank sales to be done mainly target agricultural sector
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Centenary Bank (Kampala) in May 2021
Interview
First, Aptitude tests were done online where multiple questions were set. Including Math, English grammar, current affairs among others.
Followed by Oral interviews over VoIP,where more questions were asked to test my confidence, attitude and personal traits.
Then finally induction and training which was done online because of the lockdown situation then being posted to a duty station

Shortlisted candidates are called for the first round of the interview which is usually written and then second round for the successful candidates in the written interview which is oral face to face or sometimes a video call with the panelists.
