Just two interviews with a contractor. Basic React questions. Basic Behavioral questions. They are testing for a basic level of competency even for a lead. The easiest interview I've ever had, to be honest.

I’m a ten year startup vet. I’ve taken two companies public, was bought out once, and have directly contributed to over $10,000,000 in sales over the course of my career. I applied to a lead role, had an initial screen, and then heard nothing back. Literally nothing back. I emailed a number of times, my third party recruiter emailed a number of times, and neither of us heard a thing from them. I waited a month and still continued to email them. Never heard a thing. Meanwhile, other recruiters were busting down my door. I have never seen anything like it in my career. And the interesting thing was that I was actually quite interested in this role. What a shame.
