Received a phone screening and was told that the "Hiring Team" would be contacting me for an interview. No other communications and it has been nearly 3 weeks.

The interview actually threw me off as it was pretty much a rundown of the job responsibilities and a "Do you have any questions?". The person I interviewed with pretty much stated that per my resume I had all the qualifications and experience needed. The longest part of the whole process was the third party background check.
