Interview
Using zoom to interview the candidates.Hiring manager interviews the candidates first and then the team members interview.. CFO interviews the candidates. Director interviews the candidates.The group does debrief and make hiring decision.
First round was a short call with the recruiter, who went over some very basic stuff. The second round was with the department director and another analyst which was mainly focused on fit. They were easy to talk to and chill, but I got ghosted afterwards.
