Centennial College interview questions

The process consisted of a virtual panel interview with 5 individuals from various departments. It was structured and appeared to be competency-scored, as all panelists took consistent notes throughout. Interview Style: Technical Experience: Specific "deep dives" into my background with X, Y, and Z. Behavioral Scenarios: A heavy focus on situational "what if" questions and past examples of problem-solving.

Formal questions but friendly, human approach. Dependent upon the type of manager you will work for, but generally it's what you would expect, a corporate style environment. Prepare for traditional structured interview process.
