Center for American Progress interview questions

Applied online and was invited to a phone screen about six weeks later. Phone screen was basic canned questions. Got invited to in person interview about two weeks later. Hiring manager did the screen and interview. Second interview was canned questions again. Was invited to do a writing sample. Followed up two weeks later and received word that I should hear next steps by the end of the week, then got ghosted despite two follow ups. Very unprofessional.

Interview was fine, but they completely ghosted me afterwards. Would have been nice to receive even a standard rejection email. I even followed up with them via email and received no response...
