The interview went smoothly, and it was a 1:1 interview. There was only 1 interview total, and I was offered the job about two days later. The only thing that was odd to me was that they (the interviewer) wanted to me to complete a worksheet in order to understand my critical thinking abilities. The interviewer was kind and respected my opinions and ideas. This was the old director though, the new guy seems nice; but, I haven't ever interviewed with him.
