Question 1
What is your experience working with people with disabilities?
I interviewed at Center for Independent Living (Berkeley, CA)
Interview
Initial phone interview. Seemed to be rushing through questions, not really a get to know you interview. Asked about some formal experience that wasn't listed as a job requirement, and then asked me to clarify whether I met that requirement or not.

Question 1
Do you have formal experience working with disabled consumers?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Center for Independent Living (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process is fairly straightforward. There's no attempt at 'got-ya' questions, or put you under the spotlight. The interview is just a assessment of your background and experience and whether you'd fit into the current structure. Second interview with multiple department heads, before the final interview.
