At the beginning of the interview, I was asked to give a self-introduction. They then moved on to questions about OOP concepts and basic SQL queries. After that, I was given two coding problems (in a language of my choice) and two or three SQL queries to solve. They didn't ask about my project.
For shortlisted candidates, they provided a 2-month training in a specific tech stack (mine was .NET). After the training, they conducted a final interview for the full-time role and awarded a completion certificate.
