The interview process took 2 hours. They ask both standard and situational questions.After the interview, it took them an additional month to offer me the position, even though I was their top candidate.

All of the questions were typical for the position: what would you do if a patron was viewing pornography, what is your customer service policy, how would you deal with a disgruntled patron, etc.

Interview
The interview process was typical. There were two interviewers and it lasted almost two hours. Questions were both standard and situational ( what would you do if you noticed a patron viewing pornography on the computer?) The interview was conducted as a tag-team between the Director and the Coordinator of Branch Services. After the interview was finished, it took them nearly a month to make an offer of employment.
