The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Central States Funds (Rosemont, IL)
Interview
Submitted application through LinkedIn got a call a few days later asking to come in. Went in for the interview and the HR manager told me about all the benefits they had to offer. (They really are good!) after that she set me up on the computer to take skills test. The kind where you have 15 mins to answer 50 basic questions shapes, analogies, math problems. And an essay on why should they hire you. After the test a manager from the dept performed the actual interview. She asked me mainly questions about my resume and am I ok with the traveling aspect of the job. Other questions about past experiences and conflict. Did not hear back after they interview not even a email, my guess was I didn't perform well on the skills test

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Central States Funds in May 2024
Interview
The interview was a two part interview, with amazing managers, one hiring manager, followed by the team manager you would be working under. The HR representative was very quick with any questions that you would have.
I applied online. I interviewed at Central States Funds (Rosemont, IL) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about a week later to set up an in-person interview. The first step was a computerized skills assessment test -- basic math, grammar, and spelling. Next I met with a supervisor and then a manager from the field audit division. The interview was very relaxed and conversational, asking about my experience and accomplishments. I was given the opportunity to ask lots of questions. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
