Thank you for your feedback! Every once in awhile sometimes we end up unintentionally hiring the wrong rep. As soon as we find out that representative is unprofessional or offensive we terminate that rep. We're growing so fast over the years that sometimes we have to do two interviews at the same time but it's not ideal. Most of our interviews are one on one in the first round and one-on-one in the second round interview as well.
