They conduct an in-person interview. It may involve answering a journal question and being able to spot the difference between lists of numbers. The comparison of lists and numbers must be done within 5 minutes.

Interview
It was a 30 mins interview, I was asked about my previous experience and educational background and extra carricular activities during education. I was also asked about some behavioural questions like describe a time when you face any challenges during work.
