What a complete joke. Right after you submit an application and before you even SPEAK to a real person they ask you to take an online IQ test (50 questions, 15 min, ~18 sec/questions), plus a personality test. So 30 - 45 min to save them 30 seconds to screen you. Who do they think they are? Amazon and Google? xD Goes to show their culture of ‘only I matter, your time means nothing’. No wonder the reviews say the place is a revolving-door. Bullet dodged.
