3 interviews including accounting knowledge tests. First interviewed with the HR Manager and took a pencil paper accounting exam which was faxed to a CPA. Next interview was with the CPA at his office. Last interview and oral accounting exam was with an out of town CPA. Lastly, I met with the CEO who had final approval and made me an offer.
