The interview lasted all of 10 minutes. The interviewer, Stephan Cho, looked over my details and asked about the type of products I am used to inspecting. He then went on to explain the expected work load coming in the next few months and if what shifts I was willing to work. He then asked me about my wage expectations. This interview, in all honesty, probably could've been handled over the phone. It took longer to get there than to actually interview. Seems their mind was made up before I even walked in. Also, beware: their job application is outdated. They ask for a social security number, which is legal, but way too early in the process and inappropriate at that point. Also, they ask about criminal history, which is illegal in California, at least until they make a conditional job offer.
